Set up your booking page
- Create a free account at booking.harborprivacy.com.
- Add your business name and the services you offer (name, length, and price).
- Set your working hours and block off any time you are unavailable.
- Share your booking link — on your website, in your bio, or by text.
How booking works
Clients pick a service, choose an open time, and enter their contact details. They get an instant confirmation and so do you. There is no app to install and no account required on their end.
Cut down on no-shows
Automatic email reminders go out before each appointment, so clients show up and you spend less time chasing confirmations.
Ask what you need to know
Add custom questions to any service, for example "What are you coming in for?" To protect privacy, answers are emailed straight to you and the client and are never stored in a database.
Your schedule, your way
Download any booking as a calendar (.ics) file for Apple Calendar, Outlook, or Google Calendar. Harbor Booking intentionally does not sync directly with Google — your client and booking data stays out of their hands.
